The process is derived from sound theories in organizational design, performance improvement, and instructional design.

This document is intended to serve as a framework and a guide, which is to be implemented by people with skills and knowledge of the theories behind it. It is not intended to be handed, verbatim, to a client and asking them to answer the questions on their own.
